Accuracy of information
Our best efforts are made to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the information contained in our Site. However, we assume no liability for the accuracy of said information. Use of any materials or information from this website is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to make certain that information contained in our Site meets your own specific requirements.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you change your mind about your restring, iStringRackets will return your racket and refund you in full, provided that the racket has not already been restrung. The refund is subject to any costs incurred in the pick-up, drop-off or postage of the item. Should the restring be already completed, you will be charged in full.
An unused and unopened item can be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the product for a full refund minus shipping costs by informing us in writing within the 7-day period. We will refund any payment upon receipt of the returned product in its original packaging and condition within 28 days. Products remain your responsibility and property until received by iStringRackets. If returning products by post, please retain proof of postage in case of loss or damage to the item in transit.
Our restrings are not guaranteed against premature string breakage due to the nature of racket sports.
We will not be responsible for racket frame breakages during the stringing process. iStringRackets use the some of the best stringing machines available on the market and to date have had (0) (August 2017) frame breakages during the stringing process.
Existing cracks or weaknesses in the racket frame can lead to damage during the restringing process. iString Rackets will do their best to ensure your racket is in fit condition for a restring, however cracks in the frame cannot often be seen with the naked eye prior to the process, therefore we are unable to guarantee the racket frame from breakage during the restring. iStringRackets accepts no responsibility for damages maintained during the restringing process.

Product Variations
We will do our best to ensure that products supplied through our website correspond as closely as possible with those that we offer online. Colours may vary depending on your monitor, software or printer. We reserve the right to change products due to availability when necessary.
If your choice of product/string is out of stock we will offer you a like for like string or an upgrade at no extra cost.
Delivery
We do our best to deliver goods as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. iStringRackets does not take any responsibility for failed deliveries caused by failure to obtain a signature or gain access to the address on the expected delivery date, or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Should an item be returned to us due to failed delivery, it is the customers’ responsibility to rearrange and pay for redelivery.
Prices and Changes
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Shipping costs and other charges are not included. Prices shown are subject to change. Should a products’ price be misrepresented on the website, you will be informed of the correct price after you have placed your order and you will have the choice to cancel or continue with your order. Should we be unable to contact you in reference to this issue, we will wait 7 days before deeming your order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Risk and Property
iStringRackets accepts the risk of loss or damage to products until received by the customer. iStringRackets except no responsibility for customers lost or damaged items during postage to us.
Payment
Payment can be made via MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, PayPal, cheque via post, or cash upon home and drop zone delivery or collection. If your payment is refused we are not to be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your item. We reserve the right to refuse service and in this case payments will be refunded in full.
